At KingKira Group we know that to create a safe and supportive environment mental health is critical.
Our Perth team came together today for a powerful workshop delivered by our community partner A Stitch in Time, with Greg Hire leading another great session.
Greg shared powerful insights on the value of vulnerability, emotional awareness, and making conscious choices when those emotions show up.
The team also took part in some fun and thoughtful activities that sparked great conversation and a few laughs as well.
We ended the session with a delicious team lunch, enjoying some downtime together.
