KingKira Group finished up Reconciliation Week with the Football Futures Foundation Dreamtime Spirit team down at Sam Kerr Football Centre on Saturday morning.
The Dreamtime Spirit team is a culturally safe, community-led initiative designed for First Nation girls across various age groups, providing a great step in the direction of reconciliation.
Our team had the opportunity to join in on some drills and games with the team, which left everyone a little sore the next day but was extremely fun.
The team also put their artistic skills to the test, joining in on painting a beautiful work of art designed by Maarakool Art.
It was a great morning, connecting with each other and learning some new skills
