King Kira Dodd (KKD) is an incorporated joint venture (50/50% owned) combining a traditional owner business (King Kira Group) and one of Western Australia’s leading scrap metal recycling companies (C.D. Dodd’s Scrap Metal Recyclers).
KKD was established in 2018 whereby the shareholders mutually agreed that each of the entity’s capabilities combined would further strengthen economic and sustainable development in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

PTK Environmental Services (PTK) is an incorporated joint venture (50/50% owned) combining a traditional owner business (King Kira Group) and Cleanaway, one of Australia’s largest ASX listed environmental and industrial services providers.
The establishment of PTK, in particular the Pilbara region of Western Australia, has grown to a respectable size where sustainable outcomes are being achieved both in the community and environment.
Kingkira Integrated Security Services
Kingkira integrated security services (KISS) is a 100% female aboriginal owned business providing mine site security, emergency services, training and risk management services. The service provision can be tailored as a whole package or an individual service.
KISS history extends greater than 4 years with Tammy O’Connor the sole owner. More recently Tammy gifted 25% of the business to Amanda Bennell as part of Tammy’s commitment to creating business opportunities for other Aboriginal people. Amanda has 20+ years’ experience in the mining and construction industry in the field of training and assessing, occupational health and safety and civil earthmoving.
