Trish Ridsdale is an experienced Independent Chair and Non-Executive Director, as well as a specialist consultant and adviser. She has a longstanding interest in how organisations operate and how their performance can be strengthened through effective leadership and governance.
Trish has enjoyed an extensive and diverse executive and director career, including roles as a public company secretary, business risk consulting practice leader, and executive manager across industrial relations, human resources, and internal audit.
Her director journey has provided opportunities to contribute to board decision-making and oversight across a wide range of sectors, including mining, manufacturing, civil engineering, travel, cleaning and hygiene products, complementary medicines, tourism, the arts, and child health research.
Over many years, Trish has also served as a Director Educator with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, enabling her to remain current in contemporary governance issues while supporting and contributing to the director journey of thousands of Australians.
